Working closely with the Contractor/Owner, ECH Architecture provided numerous alternative design schemes for this adaptive re-use of a two-story (era 1920) School into 28 residential condominium units. Planning included one and two bedroom units, site planning and covered parking structure. Final construction documents included complete seismic and structural upgrading, cleaning and tuckpointing of the existing brick veneer, new energy efficient windows and a new roofing system.
