The design features a dramatically angled stucco and glass Office structure on both ends of the Hangars to balance the common industrial appearance typically related to aircraft hangars. The hangar portions of the complex are constructed of tilt-up concrete panels with an elastomeric coating to reduce maintenance costs and provide fire separations. Skylights were included in the roof structure to provide natural daylighting reduce energy costs. The construction was completed in two phases.
